All prices include housekeeping and taxes.
Deposit and Payment-
A $500 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
The balance of your payment including your damage deposit is due 60 days before your rental begins.
Cancellation-
If you need to cancel their reservation deposit and rental fees will be refunded as follows:
- 90% if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 75% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
Insurance-
We carry owner’s insurance however we encourage all guest to check with their own insurance agent to make sure their own belonging are insured. Our insurance will not cover you if you drop you lose your engagement ring while swimming.
Damage Deposit-
We require all guests to provide a $300 damage deposit. The damage deposit is due 60 days before your rental begins. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 14 days of the checkout
provided no deductions are made due to damage to the property or furnishings, dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning or any other excessive cost incurred due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in guests must inform us immediately.
